Job Description

Trove Brands is looking for an entry-level, talented Junior Production Designer with at least 1-2 years of working design experience to support our established in-house graphic design, Marketing, and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can be an integral part of a small creative team and have a detail oriented mind-set for production and co-branding projects that contribute greatly to our success. The Junior Production Designer will be working directly with a group of experienced Art Directors across the BlenderBottle, Owala and Whiskware brand teams, just to name a few, and be responsible for design production tasks and product co-branding work. This position will be working daily with our sales team and will require the candidate to have strong communication skills and be able to turn projects around quickly.

We need someone who has great communication skills, able to complete work quickly, strong organizational skills with design templates, be open to input from art directors, is responsive to feedback from the sales team on product co-branding tasks, and able to make changes quickly. They must be able to work within production schedules and hit deadlines.

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

• Primarily create co-branding templates for product production at a high level of accuracy.
• Complete other design related production tasks, such as, ad replication, product label updates, international conversions and other various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Great organizational skills with design files, templates, and the design process.
• A strong working knowledge of Adobe CC is required Particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• The ability to quickly turn around production tasks is critical.
• Ability to learn quickly with the capability to handle multiple co-branding and production tasks at the same time.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills. This positions requires you to work with a diverse team of individuals: brand managers, sales team associates, customers and art directors.
