BLENHEIM HOMES, a well-established and respected local leader in residential construction for nearly 40 years, is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant for our sales team at Bayberry, the fastest growing community in Northern Delaware!

This individual would provide support to the sales team and be the first point of contact for prospective buyers so the ability to communicate well and multi-task are critical. We are seeking a friendly and energetic person who would enjoy being a part of a successful team!

AS A SALES ASSISTANT, YOU WILL:

• Assist the sales team in its daily responsibilities, including administrative duties.
• Provide accurate information to our customers and visitors regarding the product offering (including detailing house features for prospects/leading a tour if need be), neighborhood and community information including schools, shopping, medical facilities, and other local points of interest.
• Assist the sales team with follow-up communication and appointment scheduling.
• Prepare any required contract documentation for Sales Consultant(s) to review and submit to corporate office upon completion.
• Closely monitor model homes and ensure they are presentable at all times; report any items in need of replacement & repair to corporate office on a weekly basis.
• Maintain an ample supply of marketing materials at the sales center and anticipate additional needs/communicate them to the corporate office in a timely manner.
• Maintain polite and professional communication in-person and via phone, e-mail or any other channels
• Complete special projects as need be.

QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING:

• Real Estate experience a plus but not required.
• Hospitality/Service/Retail experience a plus.
• Entry-level position with potential for future growth and opportunity within the organization.
• On-site training provided.

COMPENSATION & HOURS:

• Salary commensurate with experience.
• Wednesday - Sunday: 11am - 6pm
