PAY TRANSPARENCY: USD Starting Range $150000 - $200000/ year. Base pay is competitive and commensurate with related expertise and experience. Our compensation plan rewards goal achievement; this is a bonus-eligible position. Relocation assistance is available.

Position Overview:
Working in concert with the CEO and cross-functionally with the company’s leadership team, the Global Operations Leader is charged with leading and developing a world-class operations organization, building out the strategic plans, processes, initiatives, and operational infrastructure needed to support the company’s expanding vision, and scaling volume and driving production outcomes that meet and, ultimately, exceed company goals and customer demands.

The Global Operations Leader works at the crossroads of business, technology, and manufacturing to adeptly lead the operations team by example in anticipating and adapting to change while balancing risk with thoughtful action to solve complex problems and perform at the highest and best level.
This is a multi-disciplinary role that requires expertise in electronics manufacturing (including all aspects of safety, production planning, procurement, quality, test, continuous improvement, supply chain, etc.), budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, developing strategic partnerships, and providing a world-class customer service experience.

The job is primarily performed indoors in a traditional office setting; The individual is constantly required to talk, hear, stand, or sit for extended periods while using a computer, telephone, or other productivity devices to communicate with other personnel and conduct business. While performing the duties of this job, the individual is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. Individuals frequently use their hands to finger, handle, feel, or operate objects and computer keyboards. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl, squat, turn/twist, and smell. The individual must frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds and/or occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
On a frequent and routine basis, this job also requires the individual to be physically present in a manufacturing area to communicate with others and conduct business. The noise levels in the facility can also vary widely in different regions, and specific workspace restrictions are also possible. Occasional sitting, standing, moving forward/back/side-to-side, and working around machinery and moving parts is possible; exposure to electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dust, gases, chemicals, oils, sealants, solvents, and other compounds is possible.
Site conditions will dictate using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including eye, hearing, respiratory protection, protective smock, steel toe shoes, gloves, etc. Contact lenses may not be allowed in some areas.
