    Job Overview:

    The Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our organization's cybersecurity program. This includes developing and implementing cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices to protect our digital assets and sensitive information. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, and risk management, with a proven track record of implementing effective cybersecurity measures.

    Duties / Responsibilities:

    Develop, implement, and manage the organization's cybersecurity policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with regulatory requirements, including SOX.

    Lead all aspects of the organization's cybersecurity program, including risk assessment, threat detection, incident response, and recovery.

    Conduct regular cybersecurity audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our systems and infrastructure.

    Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that cybersecurity measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.

    Stay up to date on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.

    Manage cybersecurity incidents and breaches, including investigation, containment, and resolution.

    Liaise with external cybersecurity experts, vendors, and regulatory agencies as needed.

    Prepare and present reports on the organization's cybersecurity posture, incidents, and remediation efforts to senior management and stakeholders.

    Maintain a knowledgebase comprising a technical reference library, security advisories and alerts, information on security trends and practices, and laws and regulations.

    Manage security projects and provide expert guidance on security matters for other IT projects.

    Training Program: Provide oversight to comprehensive security training programs for staff to enhance security awareness and protocols.

    Incident Management: Lead the response to security incidents ensuring swift resolution and minimization of impact.

    Other tasks and duties as assigned.

    Experience:

    Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.

    Experience with cybersecurity risk management, threat intelligence, and incident response.

    Knowledge of cloud security, network security, and endpoint security technologies and solutions.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

    Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.

    A minimum of seven (7) years of IT experience

    3+ years of proven experience in cybersecurity roles, with a strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements. Work Authorization:· United States (required)
