Job Summary
The ideal Marketing Manager is a curious thinker who enjoys using their marketing knowledge to create, test, and execute marketing campaigns. This is a fast-paced role that will work alongside the VP of Marketing, sales, design, and customer service teams. This position offers an exciting environment in which all marketing channels are used to effectively communicate and grow the Blink business.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Trade Marketing
Write compelling sales copy and work with graphic designer to create all marketing and sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, client and customer emails, etc.
Identify marketing needs from the sales team and provide required collateral
Assist in leveraging and growing opportunities to expand the company’s footprint with strategic partners worldwide
Maintain and be responsible for corporate compliance to Blink brand standards
Campaign Management
Manage Blink’s participation in Nissan's No Charge to Charge program
Manage Blink’s listing and involvement with the PlugShare program
Research & Marketing Strategy
Research and stay abreast of industry trends to be able to utilize the knowledge in marketing campaigns
Work with VP of Marketing to use existing company and industry data to identify opportunities to grow the company’s business
Understand and be able to act on market research data
Digital Marketing
Maintain the company’s websites including frequent updates to news and blog content
Implement the company’s social media strategy across multiple channels and accounts
Create and implement email marketing and customer communication campaigns
Manage and report on Blink’s web, social, and digital performance
Writing and Public Relations
Write company blog posts, social media updates and customer communications
Assist in drafting corporate and client press releases
Maintain list of press and industry contacts
Leadership
Manage marketing vendors: SEM/PPC, website & app developers, printers, etc.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, public relations/communications,
5+ years of experience in marketing
Preferred experience in trade marketing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Adobe InDesign a plus
Experience supporting sales teams, customer service, and internal stakeholders
Ability to multi-task and set priorities while adhering to tight deadlines
Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Leader capable of identifying opportunities and taking on projects and overseeing to completion

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional travel, weekend and/or evening work.
