    Job Description Overview:

    We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and scale our rideshare driver experience across web, iOS, and Android and SaaS platform for managing our network of electric vehicles and charging stations. This role will work with key stakeholders to produce a strategy and roadmap. You’ll have the opportunity to decide the direction of our product and by doing so help drive the acceleration towards a sustainable future.

    Duties / Responsibilities:

    Lead the vision and strategy for Blink Mobility’s EV Car Sharing and Mobility as an Amenity services.

    Define and build a roadmap and drive alignment with stakeholders, partners, and cross functional teams

    Develop a deep understanding of our users, leveraging research and analytics to identify and solve their problems effectively

    Help expand Blink Mobility’s business with new features, enhancements to existing systems, and refining monetization strategies

    Primary contact for the overall planning, execution, delivery and success of complex cross-functional projects

    Be the voice of the customer and understand the needs and concerns of EV drivers

    Work with Engineering and QA to optimize Blink Mobility’s CI/CD pipeline

    Analyze usage metrics, user feedback, and UX research outcomes to look for areas of improvement in the form of new features, new controls, and new UI design

    Work well with multi-national development team

    Qualifications:

    You have a passion for transportation electrification. You are a problem solver by nature and someone who can adapt to changing circumstances.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.

    4 years of product management experience with technical products

    End-to-end product management experience with software/web/mobile/embedded technologies

    Experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams

    Experience in short term rental platform, preference for experience in mobility or short term rental platforms

    Experience in managing day-to-day product direction

    Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Customer Support or Marketing

    Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority

    Experience with cloud-base development process

    Experience with embedded hardware systems

    Experience with gathering and specifying detail feature specifications

    Experience with off-shore and on-shore development team

    Curiosity for all stakeholders such as customers, partners, end users and prospects to assess market trends and customer demand to drive the ideation and development of new features
