Job Description
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and update customer information
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and market trends to drive business growth
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
