BLISS HOME & DESIGN seeks a Design Sales Assistant. This position primarily assists the Head of Design with design projects and various other tasks related to customer service and maintenance of the Bliss Home and Design boutique in Corona del Mar, California. Specifically, this team member will help research product information, product availability, quotations, entry of both sales and purchase orders, etc. The Design Sales Assistant will help with merchandising, running of errands, and other tasks when requested. This position will also help support other Design Associates as necessary and when directed by the Head of Design. JOB DUTIES/FUNCTIONS: Support the Head of Design with follow up with vendors, customers and other team members Work with the Head of Design and other Design Associates to make their jobs easier and more efficient: help arrange their work, follow-up with work orders, and free them up to attend to new clients Maintain a clean and friendly work environment JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED: Outstanding organizational and customer service skills A positive attitude and ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment while also working well with others
