Job Description

 Bliss Lawyers is seeking a Senior Corporate Securities Attorney to work in the San Francisco Bay Area office of a cutting edge technology company. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of ten years of relevant securities experience, including significant experience working with large public technology companies. In-depth substantive expertise in the ‘33 and ‘34 Act and a combination of both in-house and major law firm practice experience is preferred. Responsibilities of the position include working on SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements, S-8s and Section 16 filings, collaborating on external communications such as earnings releases and press releases, and ensuring compliance with SEC and NYSE rules and regulations. Admission to the California Bar is required. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) temporary position expected to last four to six months. Interviews will begin as soon as a qualified candidate is identified and the position will start in early March.
