Job Description

Bliss Women is searching for a Project Manager to help organize and enable members of Bliss Women and its clients. This position requires excellent project management skills, ability to engage in a positive and effective manner, participate in resource planning, and organize the team to help meet deadlines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize communications, documents, and schedules for the team and clients Manage the flow of information to and from the clients and Team Share feedback and submit notices for approval Work with team manager to plan resources for current and future projects

Qualifications

EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE SOUGHT:

• A minimum of 1-year experience in Administration or Project Management
• Ability to effectively and pleasantly engage with (sometimes difficult) clients
• Knowledge of Trello, Google Docs, Calendars, are all a plus
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team, within an ever-changing deadline-driven environment
