Because of our rapid growth, we are looking to hire a new Sales Development Representative. SDRs are an important part of our team and through our training and sales development workshops, we equip each SDR with the fundamentals to succeed. The SDR role is the backbone of one of the most successful sales teams in the Grand Rapids area, and we want you to be a part of that!

WHAT WOULD YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?:

• Conduct sales presentations to engage potential customers about offers that the client has.
• Providing feedback to the client about customer response to their offers.
• Analyzing data on which offers are most successful amongst customers.
• Training and Developing other representatives on best practices.
• Involvement and development of sales strategies that help reinforce best practices.
• Work with a close-knit team of talented professionals who will support you in your professional growth
