About the Blitz Team Role

This is not a typical sales job. Blitz Team members travel throughout Texas on structured road trips, working intensively for 10 consecutive days , followed by 10 full days off. While on the road, your focus is fully on the team, the mission, and performance.

If you're coachable, driven, and comfortable being away from home for extended periods—with no outside distractions—this role offers an unmatched earning opportunity.

Schedule & Travel Requirements

• 10 days on / 10 days off rotation
• Travel for 10 straight days at a time without returning home
  • Work exclusively within Texas
  • Must be able to stay focused and committed while traveling

Compensation & Perks

• $5,000–$10,000 earning potential per road trip
• Lodging fully paid
• Food provided
• No housing or meal expenses while on the road
