Blo Blow Dry Bar is OPENING in Bedford NH and is looking to add a Red Carpet quality Head Stylist to our team! Do you love styling, makeup and up-do's? Have a passion for educating?

We are looking to add a lead stylist to our team to help onboard and educate stylists and also provide amazing blowouts to our clientele. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for the next step in your career.

As head stylist you’ll be our lead educator, mentor and Blo ambassador. We invest in our team through extensive continuing education, skill development, leadership training and product knowledge. Compensation/Perks:

You Must Have:

An up-to-date NH cosmetology license

The ability to work weekends (Fridays, Saturday, some Sundays) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)

A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better

Salon experience

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure the bar’s vibe and hair is consistent with Blo brand standards

Manage bloer recruitment and training through Blo’s signature Blo U(niversity)

Mentor and up-train existing bloers so they are always blo-ing to their true styling potential

Be a role model and Blo brand ambassador

Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment

Opportunity: potential to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup, or be promoted to management roles
