Blo Blow Dry Bar is hiring for its Cool Springs/Franklin, TN location - Full-time and Part-Time stylist/cosmetologist positions available.

Rewards:

After tips and commissions, earnings potential is $16 - 23 per hour.

Responsibilities:

The ability to work weekends (Saturday at a minimum with Sunday and Friday availability preferred) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar).

Collaborate well with team members in a fun, professional work environment.

Stylists will work one-on-one with our Chief Style Boss (aka Educator) to learn how to master Blo's 7 signature styles and more (via Blo's paid training program).

Requirements:

An up-to-date TN Cosmetology License is required (if you just graduated school and have taken your State Board exam we would love to hear from you!).

The ability to work Saturday or Sunday and be flexible with your schedule.

A passion for the beauty industry and making people feel awesome.

Hairdresser, Hair Stylist, Stylist, Beauty Salon, Make-up Artist, Blow Out, Blowout experience is an asset.

Participation in up-training and skill advancement.

Potential to be cross trained on additional services such as make-up or to be promoted to senior stylist roles.
