Guest Experience Coordinator - Blo Daly City, California

Compensation: $17 per hour plus

10% Retail Product Commissions (negotiable)

$10 commission per membership sold

Responsibilities:

Keep stylists on schedule, manage appointment books, and successfully run the bar so that customers have an amazingly relaxing experience

Assist Blo Daly City Owner and Team Manager with tracking product and supplies needs

Print and reset the bar monthly with up-to-date promotions and signage

Take pictures of completed hair and makeup looks and post them to Google Drive for social media purposes

Work with scheduling/booking software to manage appointments and check Guests in/out smoothly and quickly

Support the team of hair stylists by helping to maintain a clean environment

Be professional and friendly and know how to diffuse any tense situations.

Diagnose and offer the right products, services upgrades, or memberships to customers

Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities.

Work collaboratively and support your teammates.

Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace

Requirements:

Must have the ability to work Friday-Sunday;

A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great

Dedication to creating the best experience for our guests as possible!
