You Must Have:

An up-to-date Indiana cosmetology license

The ability to work weekends (Saturday at a minimum with Sunday and Friday availability preferred) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)

A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better

Salon experience an asset

Job Responsibilities:

Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment

Participation in regular training and skill advancement for hair stylists

Opportunity for bonus and incentives

Opportunity to be cross-trained on additional services such as bridal, makeup, extensions, or be promoted to senior stylist or management roles

This is an hourly position- regardless of whether you are taking clients, you get paid! Plus tips, bonuses for upselling, and commission on retail products. NEW Fishers location scheduled to open January 2022. Applicant must be available for 5 day paid training prior to opening.
