You Must Have:

Active CA Cosmetology License

The ability to work weekends (especially Fridays and Saturdays), certain holidays, and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)

A passion for the beauty/cosmetology industry

Job Responsibilities

Ensure the bar’s vibe and hair services are consistent with Blo brand standards

Help manage stylist recruitment and training through Blo’s signature Blo U(niversity) program

Mentor and up-train existing stylists so they are always on top of their true styling potential

Be a role model and Blo brand ambassador

Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun, and respectful work environment

Opportunity: potential to be cross-trained on additional services or be promoted to management roles (Bar Boss)
