Job Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

Inventory Management:

Ordering and tracking inventory for all Blo Blow Bars (Rockwall, Las Colinas, McAllen, and Bristol).

Sales Tracking:

Maintaining a net sales spreadsheet for all bars to monitor growth.

Weekly tracking of net sales, product sales, memberships, and add-ons for each bar.

Administrative Support:

Assisting with the creation of the monthly newsletter.

Keeping Velma on track with meetings and appointments.

Ensuring all licensing inspections are up to date and all stylist licenses are filed properly at each location.

Reconciling Booker deposits with Chase Bank deposits.

Travel Requirements:

Traveling to various locations, including but not limited to, Las Colinas, Bristol, Virginia, and McAllen, Texas, to assist with Blo Blow Bars and Quantum offices.

Accompanying Velma during her travels to these locations, particularly in September, October, and November.

Remote Work:

You are permitted to work remotely when Velma is out of town or on personal leave, ensuring you remain accountable and effectively manage your duties.

Events and Networking:

Attending sponsored vendor events, ribbon-cutting ceremonies, galas, and other events that Velma pays to promote and network for EON Innovations.

Equipment and Training:

To support your role, you will be provided with a cellphone and laptop. Training and additional support will be available to ensure both you and Velma are successful in your roles.
