Job Description

The Strategic Operations team mission is to lead high impact global projects for the Compliance organization, with a specific focus on efficiency. Examples include managing outsourcing partners, developing team efficiency metrics across the organization, and reporting out to management.

You will design and implement the long-term strategy of our operational outsourcing program, including operational efficiency improvements, vendor selection and management, and partnering with finance, product managers, operations leads, engineers, and legal counsel. You will report to the Global Head of Strategic Operations, Compliance.

You Will:

• Evaluate existing outsourcing program and design the long-term strategy, optimizing for cost, redundancy, including options for offshore
• Oversee program communication and updates with partners, Counsel team, and executives
• Manage outsourcing contractor workforce including weekly vendor calls, forecast/actual reviews, and prioritization of measurements
• Be the lead for a Project Manager who directs coordination with HR, IT, and Finance partners
• Implement outsourcing contracts and build a cost optimization strategy, including cost negotiation through partnership with the procurement team
• Be the point of escalation and manage the outsourcing vendor relationship
• Organize projects by gathering requirements and coordinating between vendor and lead to establish Indicator expectations and project milestones
• Establish steady state staffing augmentation programs with input from Compliance teams
• Design capacity planning framework and work with partners to confirm contract volumes and budget on a quarterly or biannual basis

Qualifications

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience managing large projects
• 2+ years of experience managing an outsourcing program
• A metrics-driven approach to create substantiated solutions
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to distill complex issues into solvable and tasks
• Experience working with team members of all levels
• Clear written skills

EVEN BETTER:

• Experience in compliance, AML, and the payments industry
• Data visualization experience
• PMP or other project management certification
