Responsibilities: • Post regularly on social media accounts and perform simple website updates, such as FAQs on Wordpress sites, blogs, or other platforms • Design custom flyers for homes, design mailers, create quarterly event advertisements, and monthly mailers Qualifications: • Years of experience (1-2) as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, office assistant, or executive assistant is necessary • Competency with computer programs, such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is essential • Excellent time-management, organization skills, customer service, and communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical • Work with little to no supervision on a variety of projects and produce consistent, high-quality work • Proficiency with remote or cloud-based tools such as instant messaging, Skype, Zoom, and Google Suite and productive in a home office/ virtual office environment with a reliable internet connection is vital Compensation: $5 - $8 hourly
