Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. • Conduct legal research on case law and statutes to support attorneys in case preparation. • Organize and maintain case files and documentation for easy access during litigation. • Coordinate communication between clients, witnesses, and attorneys to ensure smooth case progression. • Schedule depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings, and manage attorney calendars efficiently. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field • 2+ years of experience working as a paralegal in a litigation setting • Landlord/Tenant Experience Preferred • Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 yearly
