    Are you an experienced Real Estate Attorney with a proven track record and extensive real estate transaction and litigation experience? Our busy firm is growing, and we need a skilled professional to provide counsel, attend closings and litigations, draft and review legal documents, and represent our clients effectively. If you have 3 years of real estate litigation, a current license, and excellent negotiation and communication skills, apply today. Responsibilities: • Consider all legal aspects of clients’ circumstances and desired outcome to provide sound legal advice to them • Draft and review contracts, probate and trust documents, leases, financing statements, purchase and property management agreements, as well as title abstracts, summaries, and commitments, as required • Oversee support staff such as paralegals and clerks • Complete thorough due diligence and inspect legal documents, title examination, and closing binder for legal risk, completion, and accuracy • Appear on behalf of your clients at real estate closings, in real estate disputes, and real estate litigation • Represent clients in court or before government agencies • Advise clients on business and legal transactions • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes • Comply with all legal standards and regulations • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law • Handle residential and commercial landlord-tenant-related disputes with the potential to handle corresponding litigation disputes Qualifications: • J.D. (Juris Doctorate) degree required from an accredited law school is required • Working knowledge of title insurance, land use, business law, property management, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation • Computer proficiency is needed • Outstanding research, negotiation, networking, and communication skills are necessary • Be a member of your local bar association and hold a current law license in the state Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 yearly
