Responsibilities: • Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation • Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary • Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information • Handle personal injury case files from start to finish • Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary • A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required • Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued • Computer proficiency is essential • State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 yearly
