Responsibilities: • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws • Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses • Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques • Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions Qualifications: • Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills • Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations • Previous experience advocating for clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration • Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload Compensation: $110,000 - $200,000 yearly
