Responsibilities: • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws • Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions • Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions • Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts Qualifications: • Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience • At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision • Member of state and local bar associations in good standing Compensation: $110,000 - $200,000 yearly
