    Are you an experienced real estate attorney with a proven track record and extensive real estate transaction and litigation experience? Our busy firm is growing, and we need a skilled professional to provide counsel, attend closings and litigations, draft and review legal documents, and represent our clients effectively. If you have 3 years of real estate litigation, a current license, and excellent negotiation and communication skills, apply today. Responsibilities: • Serve in the best interest of your clients during real estate closings, in real estate disputes, and real estate litigation • Coordinate detailed due diligence, and inspect title examination, closing binder, and legal documents for legal risk, completion, and accuracy • Cooperate with city boards and agencies to obtain permits and avoid zoning legal issues • Negotiate real estate transaction terms and conditions, and facilitate the transfer of title between borrowers, real estate agents, and title company • Oversee support staff such as paralegals and clerks • Represent clients in court or before government agencies • Advise clients on business and legal transactions • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes • Comply with all legal standards and regulations • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law • Handle residential and commercial landlord-tenant-related disputes with the potential to handle corresponding litigation disputes Qualifications: • Outstanding research, negotiation, networking, and communication skills are necessary • Be a member of your local bar association and hold a current law license in the state • 3 years of experience as a residential or commercial real estate attorney, as a transactional attorney, or as corporate counsel for a real estate development firm • A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is required • Relevant knowledge of property management, land use, title insurance, business law, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 yearly
