    We’re looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Block LLP in Burbank, CA. As a Litigation Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for providing legal research and document preparation for our attorneys. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Responsibilities: • Prepare legal documents (e.g. petitions, briefs, pleadings, responses) and present them to the court according to legal procedures. • Conduct legal research, analyze cases and legal theories, and verify facts in order to prepare for trial proceedings. • Maintain accurate and organized case management systems of discovery, records, motions and other documents. • Assist in the preparation of materials for depositions, hearings and other legal proceedings as directed. • Assist attorneys with client and witness interviews, preparing for trials, and other case preparation activities. Qualifications: • US Work Authorization • Legal Industry Knowledge • Paralegal Certification • Legal Research & Drafting Experience Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
