Should this role be a good match for you and your professional aspirations, you will become part of the Sun Chemical Global Marketing team. This role can be remote, based in St. Charles, IL or Northlake, IL. 

    To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable working with remote teams. Be an experienced user of Marketing Automation tools such as Pardot, Markato, Hubspot and understands the interaction with Salesforce. Possess the ability to manage the development and implementation of campaign assets including email templates, landing pages, contact lists, campaign workflows, and automation rules.  Acts as subject-matter-expert regarding automation workflow, planning, processes, production, and timelines. Design and manage new marketing analytics programs, performance, dashboards, and reports.  Implements and executes digital marketing automation campaigns and projects.  Demonstrates knowledge of best practices for creative emails, templates segmentation dynamic content, and testing methodologies. 

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
    • 3+ years of experience with CRM tools / Google Analytics and UTM tracking. Experience implementing analytics code and setting up analytic event tracking using various platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc). Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements. Candidate should be able to analyze data collected and make suggestions regarding the most effective way to proceed
    • Proficiency with Marketing Automation tools such as Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua or Marketo.
    • Preferred experience with Salesforce (lightening edition) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Fluency with data and analytics
    • Understanding of GDPR laws
    • Experience with creation of landing pages and email marketing materials.
    • Candidate should expect to work normal business hours but be willing to work outside of normal business hours on occasion.
