ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Run web thru Blockers/Spoolers as required using counting meters.

Maintain accurate counts of web processed per job.

Complete requirements such as core size and yards per a roll/box.

Maintain specified information on work order sheets.

Check for defects while processing web.

Report all discrepancies to appropriate supervisor.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Support the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives

Maintain customer focus

Identify and communicate any opportunities for Blocking or Spooling improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to set counting meters and change core diameter.

Ability to lift boxes weighing 50 pounds or less.
