Are you a fast, creative writer with a passion for real estate, digital content, and local market trends? Do you enjoy turning research into value-packed blog posts — and have the WordPress skills to publish them cleanly and professionally?
We’re hiring a full-time, in-office blog writer to join our growing content team in Southlake, TX. You’ll play a key role in managing blog content for 50+ real estate agents nationwide , creating informative, locally-targeted articles that help agents rank and convert in their respective markets.
This is not a remote position. We’re building an in-house, high-performance content team that collaborates daily, works hard, and produces volume at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
Researching real estate markets in various U.S. cities and regions
Writing 3–5 SEO-optimized blog posts per week per real estate partner (you’ll manage multiple sites)
Using ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft, edit, and refine content at scale
Publishing each article via WordPress , including formatting, internal linking, and basic SEO
Designing or sourcing custom graphics or featured images for blog posts (graphic skills a big plus)
Working on-site with our internal content and SEO team in Southlake,

Graphic design or Canva experience (for creating featured images or blog visuals)
Experience managing content at scale across multiple websites
Prior work in the real estate, mortgage, or local services verticals
Are comfortable using ChatGPT and similar AI tools to enhance output
Understand basic SEO principles (headlines, metadata, keyword relevance, internal linking)
Are organized, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
