This role will collaborate with and support the cross-functional Product Team on the development of our BIM intelligent 3D models, documentation of drawing sets, and implementation of BIM standards. Execute Blokable’s BIM workflows from design to manufacturing, in both product development and project delivery environments.

AREAS OF STRATEGIC FOCUS:

• Responsible for taking conceptual design, and adding the required level of detail in the BIM environment

• Serve as a software expert in BIM and CAD processes

• Execute Blokable’s BIM workflows through all production phases of development

• Support and collaborate with internal and external engineers, structural, and architectural design teams to ensure continuous integration of our Blokable Building Systems

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support external partnerships by maintaining and supplying necessary BIM models and documentation

• Lead and own documentation and delivery of any tasks assigned

TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate and support all cross-functional needs, to develop BIM models based on Blokable product needs

• Coordinate with Product Technology Team, to understand BIM standards/templates, and apply to drawing sets

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a Revit environment or equivalent coursework of 3+ years

• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD

• Knowledge of BIM 360

• Understanding of construction and Revit MEP design

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Architectural background or knowledge
