We are currently seeking an experienced childcare teacher who has at least one year of experience in a childcare setting. The ideal Bloom Academy teacher is a positive person who wants to be a part of a fun and collaborative team. As a Bloom teacher, you will have the opportunity to design lessons and activities that fit your students’ individual learning styles and interests. Located in East Nashville

Hours 7:30-5:00 (Shifts are either 7:30-4:30 or 8:15-5:15)

Pay Rate $16-18 based on experience and education

We are seeking experienced teachers with at least a High School Diploma and 1 year minimum of childcare experience. You must be able to pass a background check and provide references upon request.

Our paid time off includes a week in the winter, the three days in the spring, and flexible time in the summer. We also want you to celebrate YOU by having your birthday as an additional paid day off! We want you to always feel appreciated and look forward to coming to work!
