    Contracted Instructor for Special Education Students (High School Age)

    Compensation at $25/hour!!!

    15 Hours/week

    Travel to the location may be reimbursed as part of the contract

    Join our team as a contracted life skills trainer and make a difference in the lives of students with disabilities aged 16-22. You will be providing practical life skills training through our Pre-ETS (Employment Training Services) program. Your role involves working to empower these students with essential life skills. This is a contracted position with Bloom Consulting, not a job with the school or district.

    You are a highly qualified candidate if you -

    • Have a bachelor's degree
    • Have experience working with students with disabilities
    • Are able to complete basic documentation in a timely manner
    • Have a clean background

    What you will be doing:

    TEACHING & INSTRUCTION

    • Providing individual and small group instruction to students with disabilities.
    • Interacting with teachers and students in a professional manner.
    • Ensuring the safety of students and staff during service times.

    ADMINISTRATION

    • Completing basic documentation forms in a timely manner.
    • Tracking attendance for each service daily.
    • Maintaining materials provided by Bloom Consulting for school-year service use.

    PLANNING

    • Following the curriculum that is provided to you.
    • Communicating students' needs to supervisor.
    • Maintaining receipts for clients and providers.
    • Reviewing paperwork to ensure completion and accuracy.
