Bloom Healthcare, a local leader in population health management, home based primary care, and hospice, is seeking a detail oriented, strategic seller to join our Northern Colorado Sales team. As a Practice Ambassador, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting in the design and implementation of Bloom's market strategy
- Oversight and management of all respective call points in the territory: Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitals, as well as all outside care and referral partners (home health, hospice, etc)
- Successfully obtaining monthly, quarterly and annual budget numbers and quotas ensuring the growth of the organization
- Educating and meeting face to face with our patients and their families to assist them through the enrollment process
PRACTICE AMBASSADOR REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior Sales or Marketing experience in Assisted Living, Hospital, Home Health, Hospice, and/or like industry is a must
- Proven track record of success in multiple sales roles
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work in US

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year with quarterly and annual bonus opportunities
