Bloom Partners has been hired by a commercial landscape company in Milwaukee, WI to find and hire a customer-facing Senior Account Manager for their landscape maintenance team. The Account Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will have full responsibility for managing a portfolio as the primary point of contact. The ideal candidate will have successful experience in customer-facing roles, a thorough understanding of the commercial landscaping industry, and a willingness to learn and grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage high-end commercial landscape maintenance portfolio operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to share resources.
- Conduct quality audits and communicate execution to Production Managers.
- Promote standards for a positive team environment.
- Sell landscape enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 2+ years experience in commercial landscaping as an Account Manager
- Familiarity with ERP and/or Field Service Management software solutions
- Strong customer service and relationship development skills
- Understanding of machinery and trucks in landscape maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and efficiencies
