Role: We're seeking a dynamic Field Recruiter and Culture Manager to shape the future of a thriving Commercial Landscape Company in Memphis, TN. You'll not only attract and hire exceptional talent but also drive a positive, inclusive workplace culture where employees feel valued and empowered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates for a variety of roles within the landscaping industry.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong partnerships with local universities, technical schools, temporary agencies, and community organizations in the Memphis area to expand our talent pipeline.
• Culture Champion: Promote diversity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging within the company; lead initiatives to enhance employee morale, engagement, and retention in alignment with the vibrant culture of Memphis.
• Onboarding and Orientation: Create a welcoming and informative onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel supported and integrated into the company culture from day one.
• Employee Advocacy: Proactively address employee concerns, identify areas for improvement within the employee experience, and contribute to company-wide HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of proven success in a recruiting or talent acquisition role
• Bilingual Fluency: Conversational and written fluency in Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce (optional, but an advantage in many Memphis workplaces).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems a plus.
• Communication and Collaboration: Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; a natural team player with the ability to foster positive relationships with candidates and colleagues.
