The Opportunity: Take charge of our client's Huntsville commercial maintenance branch! We seek a results-driven Branch Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, champion safety, and collaborate with sales to grow our business. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring commercial maintenance projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Safety Leadership: Champion a safety-first culture within the branch. Instill a strong commitment to safety regulations, conduct training, and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and develop a highly skilled maintenance team. Empower employees through coaching, performance management, and training opportunities. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Client Focus: Build strong client relationships, proactively address customer needs, and resolve any issues with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within the Huntsville market. Assist in proposal development and client presentations as needed.
• Strategic Acumen: Work with senior leadership to develop and execute the branch's growth strategy.

Ideal Profile

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a management role within commercial landscaping, construction, or a related industry. Proven experience managing P&L highly desirable.
• Leadership: Outstanding ability to inspire, motivate, and hold teams accountable. Skilled in conflict resolution and developing talent.
• Safety Expertise: Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA, etc.). Experience in developing and implementing safety programs.
• Customer-Centric: Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions to improve performance and profitability.
