Field Recruiter - Landscape Industry
A full-service landscape construction company has engaged Bloom Partners Talent Solutions to recruit and hire an experienced Field Recruiter based out of Tampa, FL to seek out quality skill-labor candidates and place them in open roles within the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the landscaping or construction industry
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience
- Experience creating and executing innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills
- Highly organized and disciplined self-starter
- High degree of integrity and honesty; demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organization's needs.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Schedules interviews; prepares interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers and other stakeholders.
- Establishing and managing the pipeline of potential employees, and partnering with local branch management teams to anticipate, determine and fulfill crew recruiting needs
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Compensation and benefits include:
- Compensation range $55k - $65k per year
