The Opportunity

• Manage landscape enhancement projects from $5k-$50k, with a total portfolio of $2mm-$3mm.
• Design & estimate projects, secure contracts, and lead crews to deliver exceptional results.
• Track budgets, timelines, and quality standards, ensuring timely and profitable project completion.
• Drive sales growth to expand the enhancement division.
• Manage all project administration through Aspire.

You Are:

• An experienced enhancement professional (3+ years) with proven estimating skills.
• A strong communicator, skilled at client interaction and crew leadership.
• Design-savvy, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, with a commitment to quality and safety in the field.

Compensation & Benefits
