The Position: Location: Remote; Travel 30% Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Executive Vice President Growth

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by pursuing cross-regional customers, identifying market segments, and capitalizing on industry trends and best practices.
- Develop an aggressive and disciplined sales organization focused on achieving company metrics.
- Mentor business developers on strategic opportunities and create unique customer solutions.
- Coordinate and negotiate strategic customer relationships and contractual agreements.
- Generate new leads, set growth objectives, and develop plans to target key accounts.
- Maintain brand visibility through industry association involvement and trade show participation.
- Foster key strategic account relationships and assist with customer business and performance reviews.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including pipeline management, job estimates, contract procedures, and client onboarding.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic planning skills.
- Minimum 10 years of national accounts/sales experience with a proven track record.
- Strong relationship-building skills and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to generate customer-focused proposals and maintain a consistent brand image.
- Flexibility to travel within the US.
