Job Description:

1. Participate in and understand the front-line specific work, and find out the problems, difficulties, wrong operation, and inefficient operation.

2. Straighten out the above problems, confirm whether the problems are related, set the processing priority, or whether they are processed in parallel.

3. Develop new modification methods, processes, and SOPs and implement them to the front line.

4. Check the process and SOP during landing, update, and iterate.

5. Complete the implementation process and SOP, and save them in documents, electronic, and pictures.

6. Maintain and control the process and SOP for a long time.

7. Maintain and control the existing normal process if no improvement is needed.

8. Assist any new business process establishment, landing, maintenance, and quality control.
