    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in selling trash can liners, packaging products, or related industrial supplies. The ideal candidate will bring established industry knowledge, customer relationships, and a proven track record of growing sales within janitorial, sanitation, and distribution channels.

    This role requires a self-motivated professional who can identify opportunities, build long-term relationships, and consistently deliver results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow business in assigned territory/markets.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, and end users.

    • Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts by providing excellent service and product knowledge.

    • Present product benefits, pricing, and sustainability advantages to decision makers.

    • Work closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

    • Track sales activity, pipeline, and results using CRM tools.

    • Represent Midwest Film and Bag at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of sales experience in trash can liners, packaging, janitorial, or related industries (required).

    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

    • Strong understanding of distributor networks, facility supply chains, and industrial customers.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and travel as needed.

    • Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
