    -Provide leadership and support to staff, foster a positive work environment, and promote staff engagement and teamwork.

    -Oversee daily medspa and salon operations (ensuring services run smoothly, scheduling is appropriate, minimize wait times and ensure comfortability for all clients)

    -Implement and enforce high-quality service standards, maintaining the spa's reputation for excellence

    -Ensure daily checklists are being completed by front desk and duties of each department (Hair, Nail, Massage, Esthetics) are completed before employees leave shift.

    -Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage and efficient utilization of resources and rooms, manage cancellations and contact clients for rebooking.

    -Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, review performance, and address any concerns or challenges—create rundown of meeting 1 week prior and review with upper management.

    -Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and customer satisfaction, assist with hiring new staff—reaching out to applicants and setting up and conducting interviews.

    -Help train new front desk employees and onboard new staff (set up practicals with team leads)

    -Handle customer inquiries and emails, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and resolution-oriented approach.

    -Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure availability of products and equipment for all departments, manage products and supplies (including ordering, receiving, and tracking usage to ensure adequate stock levels)

    -Stay informed about industry trends, treatments, and promos going on in the area.

    -Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

    -Oversee maintenance and proper functioning of spa and salon equipment—arrange for repairs and replacements as needed.

    -Help manage budget for medspa and salon operations and services

    -Review weekly hours for staff and ensure clock-in and out times are correct for hourly employees

    -Help with social media engagement -Assist with event planning

    *Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
