Blue 449 (www.blue449.com @blue449), As part of our commitment to professional development for our current and future staff, we offer the opportunity for students to participate in our internship program every year. Our summer internship is a 10 week program that combines hands on client work and mentorship. It is a paid internship up to 40 hours per week. Please note no housing will be provided. Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college Must have earned a 3.0 GPA or higher Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint All majors welcome

Intern Responsibilities

• Assist media planning and buying team(s) with planning and implementation for client accounts, as well as media strategy and recommendations

- Work with mentor to set goals and evaluate progress during 10 week program 

• Take part in team meetings, work on real live, hands on client business, be strategic and think creatively 

• Be open to gaining a wider understanding of the media landscape through a professional agency environment

Qualifications

It is a paid internship up to 40 hours per week. Please note no housing will be provided. 

Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college 

Must have earned a 3.0 GPA or higher 

Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills 

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
