- Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment.
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
- Ability to explain and educate the customer about the problem.
- Knowledge of all HVAC brands.

- Ability to diagnose residential & commercial units.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday.
