  • Responsibilities

    Long-established pool cleaning and repair business specializing in high quality commercial pools, serving primarily the West Side of LA for over 40 years.

    We are looking for reliable and experienced pool service technicians to service and maintain our customers' swimming pools. Your responsibilities will include testing and then adjusting the chemistry of pools, spas, and water features as well as installation or repair work ad-hoc / as needed.

    Outside of regular pool cleanings, the most common types of equipment repair and maintenance include heater installations/repairs, pump installations/repairs, filter cartridge installations, filter cleanings, and valve installations/repairs. Though we expect some level of experience as a pool cleaner and repair technician, additional training and oversight will be provided regularly.

    We are not just looking for somebody with strong experience; we are looking for a leader who can grow with the company, eventually training and managing new people.

    Summary of Qualifications

    At least 2+ year experience as a pool cleaner and repair technician

    For higher pay, experience in salt pool systems, animation and equipment install / repairs

    Consistent and high quality of work to provide the best possible customer service is an absolute must

    Fluent English and strong communication skills

    Requirements:

    Located near the west LA area for quick response or ad-hoc emergency service calls

    Be able to work in one or more of the following service locations: Palisades, Culver City, Marina Del Ray, Santa Monica

    Valid California Driver License

    Able to pass a background check

    A professional attitude and look

    Ability to start early and complete your work with minimal oversight

    Able to problem solve and communicate as questions or issues arise

    Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs

    Be able to legally work in the U.S.

    D-35 and/or C-53 license preferred but not required

    Compensation:

    Earn $55,000 - $120,0000 annually depending on level of experience
