    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the profitability of the service department

    Responsible for making sure that all Service Technicians are properly trained

    Work with Office Manager to oversee the service schedule

    Review all service invoices daily, this includes spot checking pricing

    Approve payroll

    Technician profitability reporting

    Review all call back and warranty invoices, making sure they are being addressed

    Responsible for determining and setting service inventory policies

    Securing work for the service department, revenue generation

    Help Service Technicians out in the field when appropriate

    Make sure that all service vehicles are clean, stocked, running properly etc.

    Plan for seasonal fluctuations in the business by making sure maintenance contracts are offered to all customers and meeting contract sales goals

    Maintenance of Service inventory stock

    Customer service

    Update pricebook

    Set training schedule

    Create and maintain on-call calendar

    Quarterly reviews

    Create processes and procedures

    Create policies

    Requirements:

    Exceptional organizational skills

    Basic computer skills

    Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

    Knowledge of Microsoft Word

    Ability to quickly learn Service Titan

    Familiarity with data analysis and reporting

    Strong intrapersonal skills

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    Comfortable working in periodic stressful conditions

    Hardworking, persistent, and dependable

    Positive and enthusiastic

    Prior managerial experience preferred
