We provide industry leading customer support to our national network of dealers and the Customer Service Representative role is a key part of our parts, service, and warranty departments. “Daily support of our customers and dealer network by generating multiple parts quotations, orders, and resolving warranty issues in our CRM, Salesforce. Quickly and accurately responds to customer and dealer technical needs and requirements across full line of skid steer attachments. We are a rapidly growing company and this position will require a commitment to training for our entire attachment family as new product lines/improvements are developed and released.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS

• High School Diploma required, AA or other college experience helpful and desired.
• 0-3 years in sales or administrative support
• Effective in both oral and written communication
• Strong follow up and follow through skills
• Exceptionally organized and administratively solid with attention to detail
• Highly flexible, adaptable and resourceful
• Ability to work individually or in a team environment
• Microsoft Office software skills with proficiency in Word, & Excel. Accurate typing speed of 50+ wpm. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM a plus
• We will provide the necessary product and CRM training for the right individuals
