    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the roofing industry. As a Project Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing projects related to roofing solutions. You will work closely with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion while meeting or exceeding sales targets. If you have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of roofing systems, and excellent project management skills, we encourage you to apply.

    Responsibilities :
    - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives in the roofing segment.
    - prospecting/door-knocking, targeting potential clients, and establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
    - Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the roofing sector.
    - Collaborate with the technical team to provide customers with comprehensive roofing solutions that meet their specific requirements.
    - Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our roofing products and services.
    - Manage multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
    - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, estimating, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and other industry stakeholders to promote brand awareness and generate repeat business.

    Qualifications:
    - Proven sales experience in the roofing industry, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    - Strong knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
    - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    - Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
    - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
    - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
