    Job Description

    We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is for Tutoring Company - Retail Office- You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

    MUST BE AVAILABLE DURING THE TIMES OF AFTERNOON 1 PM - 8 PM DURING THE WEEK AND WEEKENDS 9 AM - 4 PM

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
    • Plan and schedule appointments
    • Good Phone & Zoom etiquette
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • Perform all other office tasks
    • Must be HIGHLY organized
    • Collect payments from customers
    • Must be Reliable and On time to work
    • Must dress professional ( business casual )

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
    • Must have reliable transportation ( Not Lyft or Uber)
    • Must be proficient in Excel, Google docs, and Outlook
    • Able to schedule and support Zoom meetings
    • Must have a GED/ HS Diploma
    • Must pass Fingerprint Background check
    • Must pass drug screening
